GENERAL RESERVATION AND SALES CONDITIONS – SKI CONNECTIONS – SERRE CHEVALIER
On enrolling for lessons at Ski Connections I accept the terms and conditions “general reservation conditions for on line booking” found below.
Article 1. Lessons and Services
1.1 Lessons are taught on a group or individual basis. The quality of teaching is closely linked to the pupils in the group being of the same level. The instructors of Ski Connections can not physically test all of the pupils before inscription. It is therefore the responsibility of the inscriber to determine the level of each pupil by using the table on our internet site.
In the case where an inappropriate level has been chosen for the pupil, Ski Connections reserves the possibility to move a pupil to another level to maintain uniformity, however this is dependant on space. In the case where Ski Connections is not able to offer a place in a suitable group the pupil will receive a full refund with no additional fees.
Ski Connections reserves the right to modify group size to ensure that each pupil is placed in a group appropriate to his or her level.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are in any doubt about your own level or that of your children.
1.2 As snowsports instruction takes place in a specific and potentially dangerous environment, each pupil must respect at all times the instructions given by his/her ski/snowboard teacher. They must at all times act in a responsible manner to look after his/her own security and that of other skiers/snowboarders.
Ski Connections is not responsible for accidents caused by their pupils during group or individual lessons.
1.3 A minimum of 4 pupils is required for group lessons to go ahead. In the case of the school cancelling the lessons the pupil can opt for either private lessons or a total reimbursement without any supplementary cost.
Article 2. Inscription and Payment
2.1 Prices of lessons are presented on the Ski Connections website.
2.2 Our lesson prices do not include:
Ski Insurance in case of injury, illness or evacuation from the ski runs.
Liftpass (unless clearly stated)
Ski hire (unless clearly stated)
All pupils must have a valid ski pass. Ski Connections advises all pupils that they must have insurance to cover them in case of evacuation from the slopes, accident or collision (this is not covered by an E111/European Health Insurance Card or normal health cover from your own country).
2.3 To reserve you can either book on-line, phone us directly (our office is open from December to April) or fill out the booking form on our website. On reception of your booking we will send you by e-mail a booking offer with a link to our on line secured payment service, where you can then pay by credit or debit card.
2.4 To avoid complications please fill in one booking form per family and fill out all boxes. All information given will be used exclusively by Ski Connections and will be treated confidentially.

Cancellation 7 days or under before start of lessons: No reimbursement will be made.
We are happy to provide any documentation or letters you may need for your insurance.
Ski Connections Cancellation Policy for groups and tour operators:
Due to the nature of group bookings where numerous instructors are booked for full days, the cancellation terms are as follows:
Cancellation 56 days or more before start of lessons: 100% reimbursement
Cancellation less than 56 days before start of lessons: No reimbursement will be made.
3.2 In the case of absence at the start of lessons no reimbursement or exchange for other lessons will be made.
3.3 Ski Connections reserves the possibility to cancel or interrupt ski lessons if weather or snow conditions are too harsh, in the case of an act of god, closure of ski runs and/or ski lifts. In this case Ski Connections will not make any reimbursements, but they will do their upmost to assure that the lessons take place.
Article 4. Right to Cancellation
The client has the right to retract his or her booking up to 7 days after the booking has been made. The 7 days start from the day after the booking and payment. The client will then be reimbursed within 30 days.
However, if the lessons have already started or if the booking is made less than 7 days before lessons are due to start, the right to retract does not apply.
Article 5. Right to One’s image
During ski and snowboard lessons, photographs may be taken. You will have access to these photographs at the end of your holiday. However, for the privacy and protection of our clients and pupils the photographs are only for private use. Under no circumstances are they allowed to be exploited commercially or be displayed on any public documentation. Upon enrolling in our lessons you accept that you may be photographed.
