Starting Level:<\/strong> Your child needs no previous experience, but please chat to our staff so we can advise how to help with your little one\u2019s first day on snow.<\/p>\n

The goals for “MINI KIDS”<\/strong> are for your child to like skiing and enjoy ski school. The first few days can be a bit challenging but before long your child won\u2019t look back. At the end of the week we will aim to ski down an 8km green run to the bottom of the mountain.<\/p>\n

Starting Level:<\/strong> Plough parallels on greens and blues. You should see their skis slide parallel at the end of the turn. They need to be able to side slip a little and look and feel confident on blue runs.<\/p>\n

The goals for “KIDS 2”<\/strong> are to get your child to start and finish their turns keeping their skis parallel. To do this they need a little speed and to be well balanced on their skis. We teach them to start turning using both feet at the same time. Through the week we will use fun skill builders to improve their confidence and they will definitely be able to spray snow in the air!<\/p>\n

The goals for “KIDS 4”<\/strong> are to be comfortable and proficient on black runs. We teach them to ski better on steeper slopes and introduce them to carving. We will definitely jump in the snow park and learn a few flash tricks. At the end of the week your child will receive either the KIDS 4 Silver or KIDS 4 Gold depending on their technical strengths. KIDS 4 Gold is not always easy to get first go, as the level is high.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll learn:<\/strong> Learn how to control your speed and move around the mountain safely and comfortably. After a week you should be able to ski greens and easy blues, use a chairlift and go to the top of the mountain to enjoy the view.<\/p>\n

Experience Required:<\/strong> To join the LEVEL 1 course you need to be able to ski happily down a long green run with reasonable speed. You may have done 1 or 2 weeks skiing, can maybe ski some blues and your skis are parallel some of the time.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll learn:<\/strong> The goal of the LEVEL 1 course is to get you skiing more of the runs in the resort. Your skis will be more parallel and you will be able to gain access to the better restaurants! We will build your confidence by teaching you how to tackle steeper blues and easier reds. You will be surprised how, just after a few days, you\u2019ll feel much more comfortable on those planks of wood. Once you feel happier, you will naturally ski a bit faster.<\/p>\n

Experience Required:<\/strong> To do LEVEL 2 you need to feel happy on blues and easy reds. Your skis should be parallel on easier slopes. The snow plough may sneak back on harder slopes, but that’s ok. You may have skied 2 to 3 weeks or even more.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll learn:<\/strong> In LEVEL 2 we teach you how to keep those skis parallel on steeper slopes. We\u2019ll get you to tackle steeper runs while feeling in control and being confident. It is not just about brute force and being Gung Ho. Technique has a lot to do with it, so come and let us teach you.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll learn:<\/strong> A level 3 course takes you on the first steps towards making you an all mountain skier. Our English-speaking instructors will help you fine tune your technique, so you can enjoy not only steeper runs but also more varied terrain. If the conditions are good you can try some easy powder – you will have a ball. Let us share our playground with you.<\/p>\n
